Mónica Márquez
Founding Partner
Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad Iberoamericana (1987‑1991) with the highest GPA in her class and an Honorable Mention. She holds a Master's degree in Finance from ITESM (1993‑1996) and was the winner of the CATO Institute Essay Contest. With more than 30 years of experience in Stock Market Analysis and Private Banking, she is AMIB‑certified (Figure 3).
Yuri Orozco Herrera

Description: Computer & Electronics Engineer from Universidad Iberoamericana (Academic Excellence). Master's in Finance from Universidad Marista. AMIB‑certified (Figure 3). Known for an unbiased professional approach and a distinctive perspective that adds value to our services, she provides financial analysis and strategies for the benefit of our clients.

Carlos César Meneses Teroba
Position: Deputy Head of Analysis

Description: Financial Engineer from Universidad Politécnica de Tlaxcala with more than three years' experience in brokerage firms and banking. Specialized in alternative investments, derivatives, equities, fixed‑income and FX. He brings his expertise to Finantech's analysis and strategy team.

Marco Antonio Oropeza del Águila
Position: Analysis Manager
Since: 2024
Description: Analyses public companies and economic sectors to provide investment recommendations. Responsibilities include evaluating financial statements, producing forecasts and valuation models, monitoring sector news and trends, and issuing reports with “Buy” or “Sell” calls. He presents analyses to clients and updates estimates after relevant events, blending financial analysis, market monitoring and communication skills.

Joaquín Morfín Márquez

Description: Industrial Engineer from Universidad Iberoamericana with previous experience at Sammy and HIGO, specializing in customer service and financial support. At Finantech, he analyses and compares stocks, ETFs and other financial instruments. Skilled in Python, Bloomberg Terminal and Excel, he contributes significantly to analysis and strategy. Is a CFA Level I candidate.

Pedro A. Ribé Mora

Description: CPA from Universidad Panamericana. MBA (IPADE). Experience as consultant in Corporate Governance and Executive Assessment. Member of several Boards of Educational Institutions; former Associate Director of IPADE's D1 program and lecturer in Political & Social Environment.

Erika Hernández Hernández

Williams Alejandro Valencia Ramos
Position: Compliance Officer

Description: Law degree from Universidad Juárez Autónoma de Tabasco; currently pursuing a Corporate Law Specialisation at UNAM. Experience in AML/CTF and Anti‑Corruption as attorney at the state Financial Intelligence Unit (Tabasco). Oversees Finantech's full regulatory compliance before CNBV and other authorities, leading firm‑wide compliance to manage legal and operational risks.
